Aloha,

Has anyone written a drvTelnet that provides a generic interface to devices
which provide a telnet connection for ASCII commands?  We have the new Galil
DMC-2180 that sits out on the network.  Since just opening a socket on port
23 does work, has anyone done device support for anything outside of VME
and serial devices?  I don't see anything similar in the distribution or in
the "supported" devices list at APS.
