As I said, with a regular off-the-shelf version of base undefining
CAS_DIAGNOSTICS should get you quite close to a working gateway. The
sigignore thing is Linux related. I don't have a Linux system here, so I
am awaiting your patch for this.
I will send you all my Gateway patches as they appear.
