I am looking for a driver for a Highland V680 VME time-to-digital 
converter (TDC).  This module is the same as a Berkely Nucleonics 
B980.  I have some Midas code developed here plus some EPICS 
code from LBNL, though for doing hit statistics rather than creating 
a histogram.  I wonder if someone has already developed a more 
general purpose EPICS driver?
