Hello -

Perry Anthony prodded me into putting the vsam and siam support on our
ftp site.  Use anonymous login at ftp.slac.stanford.edu and go to
groups/controls/soft/epics and get vsam.tar or siam.tar.
Unfortunately, the code in siam.tar still has a dependency on module_types.h
which we plan on removing soon.

Please let me know of any problems with these files.  Thanks,
