Maybe we could allow the operator to enable/disable force pvs.
We could add a ForcePV Button to each alarm group or channel line
for which a Force PV is defined ( similar to the Guidance and Related
Process buttons). Pressing this button would bring up the ForcePV Dialog
window which allows the operator to view/change the ForcePV settings.
This dialog could be modified to allow the operator to enable/disable
the ForcePV.  The color of the button could also indicate the enabled/disabled
status.
