Does an EPCICS software driver exist for the HP VXI crates
with enhanced monitoring built in?  These crate monitor
all the crate voltages, currents and temperatures and
the data is available via VXI.  The model numbers I'm
interested in are the HP 8404A and the HP 8402A.  I suspect
the drivers for these two would look very much the same.
