We've developed a record that uses the block transfer calls in drvAb.c to
communicate with a PLC-5 over remote I/O from a 6008 scanner. It's similar to
the abDcmRecord but talks to a PLC-5 port configured as a remote I/O adapter
rather than to a DCM card.
