One of our instrumentation groups (University of Florida) are very keen
for us (Gemini) to upgrade to Tornado II because they have C++ code
which they want to compile and use in their system.

We also have an application in which we are planning to use VxMP.
The version of this that I received from Wind River appears to assume
Tornado II as the base system.
