At Keck we have custom encoder counter boards based on the XVME-085
prototyping module. When our board was developed we retained the
Xycom memory mapping and register layout.
Although the various Xycom and custom boards are similar they have
individual functionality, so you will not find a generic solution.
However, obtaining any of the available Xycom drivers should be
instructive. There are drivers for the 212, 220, 540, 560, ...
Note we layer Epics on top of many of the Xycom boards.
