I guess, Andrew had the right hint. The parameter CSGR_GROUP_ADDR was
set to 0xc2, which makes the processor 0 mailbox use 0xc000. This
overlaps the 4k address space of the OMS58-card beginning at 0xc000. The
result was a corrupted reply string from the OMS58card.
