Hi all.

There's a small bug in the directory definition for the vxWorks compiler
tools if you are using Tornado on HPSUX systems.

Change base/config/CONFIG_HOST_ARCH.hp700 to set

WIND_HOST_TYPE = parisc-hpux10

to get by. (Compare to "Tornado User's Guide 1.0" page 55.)

I checked this fix into the APS repository so it will be part of the
next base release.
