DM (opi) was enhanced to allow users to look at EPICS channel parameters
like the alarm limits.  Using the middle mouse button, DM allowed the user
to determine the channel name controlling the display object.  I've added
another button which takes that channel name and passes it as a
macro/template (C=[channel name]) to another .dl screen.  A default dl
screen name is hard-coded into motifChanName.c, and the environment
variable EPICS_DL_CH_FILE can specify an alternate file. 

BaBar is using the ability to call another .dl screen with the channel to
examine a CA record's alarm limits and why there is an alarm.  We also
have an expert level screen which allows changes to the alarm levels (at
least until the IOC is rebooted.)
