All,
Dehong Zhang has discovered a problem where database fields
with the SPC_NOMOD attribute set are not always seen by Channel
Access clients to have no write access. I have patched R3.13.1
so that proper access rights state is propagated to the Channel
Access client API. Rest assured that the database will reject
requests to modify SPC_NOMOD fields even if the client is
incorrectly informed that there is write access.
