I'm not sure what you mean by VME IP-DAC. However if you mean
industry pack IP-DAC mounted in a VME IP carrier I have
such a driver.

It is compatible with Andrew Johnsons industry pack driver for
the mvme162.

The source code is available by anonymous ftp "sunset.triumf.ca"
in /pub/epics
