In this circumstance though the long delay seems to be on access to
every file, and I thought the symptoms Jeff described only occurred once
at startup (I may be mistaken though).
Garrett - are you booting using rsh or ftp? If rsh, check that the
.cshrc file isn't taking a long time to execute - every time vxWorks
wants a file, it has to start a new shell on the host.
