I've got some questions regarding the alarm handler:

1) Who's handling ALH these days?

2) Is there a document for it that is newer than the Aug 1993 version on 
the web?

3) Why does the new version use a circular file of 2000 lines rather than 
the old version that would grow at nausium?

4) How can I get the new version to log the old way?

5) Why does my "STATCOMMAND" not work? (I put it one line past the one I 
want it to work on and the "Group/Channel Properties Window" shows it in 
the "Status Commands" pane, but it does not work.
