Hello all,
Bonnie Madre asked some days ago for fonts nessesary for MEDM used on a
PC via PC-Xware. I am using MEDM in that way. I included a font-server
path into my setup: hale.desy.de:7890 , where 7890 is the port-nr. Perhaps
you can try to test it and perhaps copy fonts from there (if the firewall
allows it).
A second hint I can give is how to configure the graphic display. I tried
al lot of settings! Windows, Netscape, MEDM, IDL and other X-Apps are
running without getting out of colors when I set the number of colors
to 256 and enable the pallette function of the graphic board.
