Note that dbLoadDatabase does this. After implementing it, however, a problem
appeared.
I could not find any way to make vxWorks displaying an error message everytime
an attempt was made to open a file which did not exist. Thus if the pathy is
"dira:dirb" and the file is in dirb and error message is generated when an
attempt is made to find/open/etc dira/<file>. I could not find any vxWorks
supplied function that helped. It was some time ago that this happened but I
think it happened both with and without using NFS.
