Ned,

  I recently encountered a similar problem which was traced to a VME
module which was continuously asserting the interrupt request line
(IRQ). The "work queue overflow" message, which results from stacking
multiple interrupt service requests, appeared after the startup script
executed the sysIntEnable function. Following the occurrence of the
error, VxWorks automatically reboots the system.
