     You are right that MEDM only looks for HOPR and LOPR.  These are
common to most record types, but apparently the Histogram uses
something else.  If you right click on the Cartesian plot in EXECUTE
mode or click on the Axis Data button in the Resource Palette in EDIT
mode, you can set the limits for the Cartesian Plot as you wish.  The
Strip Chart is probably not appropriate for a Histogram or other array
type records, anyway.

     Work is underway on making the limits now set by HOPR and LOPR to
be optionally definable at design time or run time.  This should solve
the problem when the next MEDM version comes out.
