Hi Fred,
The only problem we had was trying to build epics on solaris 2.6 using
gcc 2.7.2. gcc 2.7.2 is incompatible with solaris 2.6. Then
we moved up to gcc 2.8 and had some new problems which have been fixed
in EPICS 3.13.beta12. So... You should have no problems if you use
the native compiler on solaris, or use gcc 2.8 and move up to epics 3.13.beta12.
