Deb Kerstiens reminded me of the AWK-based conversion script 'convert_medm'
which translates the older style of MEDM ADL format (that adl_gen produces) 
to
EDD/DM version 2.2 ADL files.

Simply changing the minor revision number from '2' to '4' in both the ADL 
files produced by convert_medm and in the medm_colors.adl color table and 
rules file seems to be working.

Are there any non-backwards compatible widget or ADL differences between 
EDD/DM 2.2 and EDD/DM 2.4?
