You can find a copy of the et_wish source from the UNICAT web pages
     http://www.uni.aps.anl.gov/controls
which works with EPICS R3.13.0.beta11 and Tcl/Tk/BLT 7.6/4.2/2.3.
The web page above has links to the distribution sites for the 
appropriate version of each of the Tcl packages used.
I checked it this morning to make sure it was still correct.
