I have got R3.13B11 running on MVME-2306.  I have not tested any
VMEbus drivers yet, just soft support.  You must move to VxWorks 5.3.1
("Tornado 1.0.1") for this BSP.

I can give you the base/config/CONFIG* files for it, as well as
the minor changes to configAll.h for the kernel.
