I am running a hybrid medm (2.3.3 and 2.3.4beta1) on Linux 5.0 and
Motif 2.1. I have not noticed a problem of that type, but then, I
have not left medm up for long periods of time. I just started a
session, with a relatively large display (lots of connections). I
will leave it up over the weekend, and check if it behaves in the same
way. As Thomas Birke suggested, the solution _may_ be to get a newer
medm, since the problem might have been fixed in later versions.
I will let you know my results on Monday.
