    Folks,

I have been following this thread about loading the vxWorks symbol table with
great interest, since I have what appears to be a related problem.

I have a bunch of MVME167 boards which boot up quickly, and specifically take
only about 5 seconds to load the symbol table.  I also have one MVME162 which
is configured identically to the 167's in terms of user name, password, etc.
However, the 162 takes 50 seconds to load the symbol table, i.e. it is 10
times slower in this step than the 167's.  All other parts of the boot process
go quickly.  Any ideas (besides a sniffer?)
