The John's driver can't work with zero/NULL data, but use EOI ! I've
checked and confirm all, unlucky me!!

I'm searching another way to control the KS3988...

I've found a GPIB-ENET (Ethernet GPIB Controller for
PC's and workstations, by National Instruments). I
don't know if exist device support modules and/or
drivers support for that hardware.
Can you(or EPICS community) give or recommend me a 
example for reference?
