I think both records support this board, but I haven't looked
at the steppermotor record recently. The motor record's support
is available in the "Custom EPICS related software" section
of the EPICS Software Distribution. Unfortunately, the most
recent version is buried among lots of unrelated stuff in the file
http://www.aps.anl.gov/xfd/SoftDist/swBCDA/xfdApp_R3.13.0.beta7_unbuilt.tar.gz

If you have a list of those changes handy, it'd be nice to see it.
I'm not making any promises in advance; we have a pretty long list of
requested changes to the record--some encoder related--that nobody has
had time to work on yet. Still, one list is probably better than two.
