Andrew is correct. My "very old notes" indicate the following ...

Xycomm 566 Mode      Register Address (A16)      Memory Address (A24)

Single Ended		0x6000			0x000000
Differential		0x7000			0x040000
Differential Latched    0xE000			0x0C0000
Waveform Mode		0x9000			0x080000


These values, of course, can be modified using module_types.c
