I have placed tar files of R3.13 versions the following records on our Web
page (http://cars.uchicago.edu/software):
    - Generic VME record
    - Generic GPIB record
    - Generic Serial record
    - Generic CAMAC record

Note that the documentation has NOT yet been updated, and is still for R3.12.
However, none of the record fields have changed, so the documentation is still
mostly correct.  The links to the tar files in the Web pages will get you to
the R3.13 stuff.
