We have drivers for the GreenSpring Octal 232, 422, and 485. These are
somewhat based on the SCC2698 OctalUart driver originally developed
by Jim Kowalkowski as part of HiDEOS. We also use the drvIpac library
from RGO for configuration of the IP carrier (we use the VIPC 610).

The device support we use is not much more than a wrapper around
VxWorks message queues.
