Admittedly, I am confused as ever. Okay, this is not a replacement of
full VxWorks distribution package.  If we are moving to Epics R3.13.7
and above, do we need to *buy* a full VxWorks package and THEN apply
the patch that you released?

When we buy the VxWorks licence from APS, what are we getting? Just
the licence for the patches that APS releases? OR a VxWorks package
that could be termed as *all that VxWorks stuff* you will need to
move to EpicsR3.13.7 and above?

A word on the password (pun intended). Before I  *bought* the VxWorks
licence from APS, I had a password for downloading the xfdApp
(prebuilt) distribution.  I was surprised that I could download the
VxWorks patch2 ( or patch 1 for that matter) using the same password.
I would safely assume that the password requirement is to make sure
that only those who have purchased a licence for VxWorks, be able to
download the patch.
