I suspect that your IOC does not have a route to one of the addresses in
the EPICS environment variable "EPICS_CA_ADDR_LIST". See the
"routeAdd()" command (function) in the vxWorks documentation. A
comparison of "routeShow()" under vxWorks with "netstat -r" under UNIX 
may assist in diagnosing the problem.
