Hi all:

I am attemping to Make the EPICS extensions, R3.13.0.beta4. In
particular, I am attemping to compile file CaMath.c. The compile fails,
because it is trying to include a file 'mathlink.h', which does not
exist anywhere on my system. Any help in locating this file would be
greatly appreciated.
