The most critical change has been the meeting rooms. They are now in the
Hotel Vancouver - which is across the street from the Hyatt - but
now in the same building as PAC.

The Tuesday session is intended as advanced tutorials and discussions. 
There are 7 people that have registered interest in this day.
We will accept the first 24 (seating capacity)

For Thursday and Friday - there are now 28 people registered
We will accept 50 (seating capacity)
