The United States Gemini Program is currently running an international
competition for a group to supply the Gemini science CCD controllers.
The competition requires that proposals include hardware and software
that satisfy the Gemini standards.  A number of vendors of controller 
hardware have pointed out to me that they have no in-house expertise in
EPICS or VxWorks and do not know how to find software suppliers to team 
with.  I have offered to put out this announcement on several exploders 
soliciting individuals or groups interested in teaming.  If you are 
interested or know someone who is interested, please contact:
