Intel has stopped producing the 8044 microprocessor which is the BITBUS
microcontroller we have been using.  The 8044 is an 8051 with Intels 
IDCX-51 "real time" Kernal built in.  I have also heard that BITBUS support
in Europe has been fading for several years.
