Hi Marian,
Probably your edb.def file and edfanout.sym do not agree with the dbfanout.dbd
in the data base definition directory for epics. I am appending the
part of edb.def that you need for dfanout and the symbols that we have here.
If you still have problems, you can bring over all of the new edif files
and try that.

We have been using the data fanout with epics 3.12, and I tried it this morning
with 3.13.0.beta4 and it worked.
