As 3.13 is coming to a close - it is time to look into the future and
determine the direction of our efforts. I have included a list of work
that the technical staff at Los Alamos considers important to the 
future.

This letter has two goals:
1) To hear what you think has relative importance to your group/projects
Your technical opinions are part of your contribution to this collaboration.

2) To hear what you are willing to spend time and/or money to get done
Your opinion is welcome (see 1). Your participation is valued. This will
help us to organize our combined resources to get the most impact out of
our shared resource.
