DCT313 - A TCL/TK replacement for DCT
GDCT313 - An updated version of GDCT that properly supports 3.13

The Application Developers Guide has been updated. See release notes for
changes. The URL is:

We have been working hard on converting APS Applications.
So far we have not found any serious problem with beta4.
