For some unknown reason, my IOCs are no longer reachable by anything else
on the network except for the server from which they download their start
up files (i.e. can't ping, can't run display manager on any other machine
except for the startup server). 

This problem surfaced after we added a hard drive on our EPICS server. 
However, this doesn't seemed to be the problem since the EPICS server and
directories can be reached by everything else. 

Does anyone have a suggestion ?
