For those who have been looking for blank prom chips to use
for the vxWorks boot proms for the MV167 board, I have
successfully used the AMD am27c4096-120JC and the AMD
AM27C2048-120JC chips.  These chips, although slower that
the default MITSUBITSHI M5M27C201JK , seem to work.
