Calling the CapFast experts:
We would like to be able to document the presence of a state machine on
our EPICS Capfast diagrams. While it is possible to put some descriptive
text onto the diagram, it would be rather nice to be able to connect all
of the relevant channels up to some symbol which represents the state
machine. Unfortunately it does not seem to be possible to do this any
more -- Philip Taylor tells me it used to work using some non-epics
symbols, but it's not possible to identify what changed to stop it and it
doesn't work now; I suspect the new edif tools may be the cause.
1. Is there any way we can do this -- e.g. by generating special symbols?
2. Has anybody written a conversion tool from a State Transition Diagram
drawn using CapFast into SNL?
