Dear all,

  The macro library, as proposed in tech-talk in February, is now available
for testing, comment and feedback. It is in

ftp://ftp.keck.hawaii.edu/pub/wlupton/macLib-1-0.tar.gz

  There are README and NOTES files, plus macCore.c has some information on
what's been (and not been) implemented.

  I forgot to mention anywhere that the Makefiles follow UAE conventions.
It should be trivial to adjust to those of the EPICS build.
