When it is being driven by the OUTLINK the CAD record is continously
processed. And when I drive it by hand it also reprocesses fine.

The only change that occurs (besides the timestamp) when the OUTLINK
breaks is that the CAR record RPRO field changes from 0 to 1. Note
that this does not affect the manual processing of the record, only
the processing via the OUTLINK.

The CAD Record Support doesn't do anything to .RPRO.
