Release 3.13.0.alpha3
 
Documentation for EPICS base release R3.13.0.alpha3 is available
via the APS WWW EPICS Documentation. Two documents are available
 
1) Release Notes
2) Application Development Guide
 
The Application Developer's Guide has been extensively modified
since release 3.12. HTML, and postscript versions are provided.
 
The new release has been generated. For testing you need
the new base release as well as the makeExampleApp and MakeQuickApp
extensions.
 
EPICS Beta Test Sites can obtain tar images from the place Janet
normally puts them. Others will be able obtain them from
EPICS releases on the APS WWW EPICS software distribution page.
Bakul will put them on the WWW soon and send a message to tech-talk
