I have fixed these bugs (dfanout, aao and mbbiDirect) and
will commit the changes to APS cvs repository in a day or two.

Sorry for the delay, I was mentally tortured by the College
of William and Mary with Comp. exams and tried to figure out
how many electrons in the moon ...
