Frank Lenkszuashas requested the ability to have multiple priority
event scanned records just like we already have for I/O event scanning.
This sounds like a good idea. The PRIO field of the record will be
used for EVENT scanned records just like it is for I/O Event
records. The general purpose callback tasks will process the event
scanned records just like they now process the I/O event records.
