The XMSEQ was a tentative motif version of sequencer running on Unix workstation.
It was a mirror image of VME-level sequencer trying to provide similar sequencer
function on Unix side. It was advised at that time keeping SEQ and XMSEQ sources
in separate directory. They only share a common header file.

Since in EPICS 3.12.2 release sequencer has been modified greatly by Andy Kozubal,
they are completely out of sync. And the common header file has been wipe out
completely in this new release. And I have no time to work on XMSEQ any more,
therefore XMSEQ is not supported any more.
