Hello All,
Thomas Dean at SLAC has discovered a bug in the device driver
base/src/drv/ansi/drvEpvxiMsg.c
Symptom:
Negative character codes (codes with the most significant bit set)
are not transmitted properly by the function epvxiWrite() to message
based VXI modules.
This problem is fixed in epics_R3_12_2_patch_2
